Gabriela Gil painted this piece between August and December of 2017. It was one of the most challenging pieces to complete because of the different layers and textures. Coincidentally, this was also the piece she was working when she officially took the leap, and quit her full-time job in Silicon Valley. This is the only piece of the series which has a background with hidden writing on it. Although not easily read, it repeatedly says: "she knew she could." It was a reflection, and reminder that goals can be achieved with hard work, perseverance, and unbreakable belief in one's ability to overcome difficulty.
