This was the first abstract composition Gabriela made since beginning the Siamese series, and relied entirely on color to create space and light. It is a highly detailed piece, and the last one where Gabriela documented the hours she took to paint it on the back side (42 hours). This practice was something that she began doing during the first year of the Siamese series as a way to keep track of her path towards what some say is the level of mastership in any given practice: 10,000 hours.
